All our products are securely packed with environment friendly packaging material. We use completely biodegradable material for packaging.
We recommend that you to register at www.knitnknot.in and create your secure account before you make any purchase. This is to ensure that you can easily track orders, check order history and rewards points and exchange/return orders easily, if required. However, it is not mandatory to register and you can place order as a guest. In that case, you will not be able to earn/ redeem rewards points and see order history.
There is no minimum order quantity. You can order even a single product.
You can buy as many varieties of products as you wish. However, as a retail customer, you can place order of a maximum of 5 pieces of any particular product. If you want to purchase in bulk quantities for business purpose (wholesale/ resale), please contact us at care@knitnknot.in or through the Contact Us page in our website. We shall be glad to provide you special offers for bulk orders.
We are offer products for infants, boys and girls of age group 0 to 16 years.
Each of our products are offered in multiple sizes as per age groups. We have provided the measurements of the garments for each of our sizes. Please refer to our size chart given in the last image of every product or in the product description before buying any product. If measurements of your kid is higher or lower than measurements of the garment of the same age group, please find the appropriate garment size and select the corresponding age group while buying the garment.
Most of our products are delivered within 4 - 5 business days. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive SMS and email from us. If you don’t receive your order within 7 business days of ordering, please write to us at care@knitnknot.in. We shall shortly introduce the feature of live tracking of orders.
We accept payments from credit cards, debit cards, net banking and UPI. You can also pay cash on delivery.
You will get an instant discount of Rs. 25/- per order for paying online through credit card, debit card, net banking or UPI. This discount is available for all online paid order over and above any coupon discount. The discount is not available for COD orders.
Shipping is free for all orders delivered in India.
Yes, you can get products delivered at international (outside India) and make payments from international credit cards. However, you have to additionally pay shipping charges and duties/ taxes applicable to the destination location. If you want to place order for an international location, please visit Contact Us section of the website or write to care@knitnknot.in.
Customer can cancel the order before it is dispatched from our warehouse. There is no penalty for any number of cancellations before the product is shipped. If you cancel an order after it is dispatched from our warehouse/ don’t accept delivery of a COD order, you shall get a warning message. If you cancel 2 consecutive online paid orders after shipping or don’t accept deliveries, Rs. 100/- cancellation charge will be levied. If you cancel 2 consecutive COD orders after shipping or don’t accept deliveries, your account will be blocked. If you want to get your account unblocked, you will have to contact us.
For all orders received till 12 noon, we dispatch the products by 1 pm. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive SMS/ Whatsapp message from us/ our courier partner for tracking the order.
You will receive the refund in the same method as you paid within 2-3 working days.
You may contact us for making changes in an order which already placed. Kindly send your name, order number and mobile number used to place the order and your request and we will do the needful. Such request can be entertained only before dispatch of the original order.
Yes, from return portal. You can raise a request for exchange/ return from the return portal. Kindly check our cancellation and return policy here for terms and conditions.
In the unlikely event of you getting a wrong/ damaged/ defective product, you can raise a return request from the return portal.
