Cancellation Refund Policy

Before Shipping
You can cancel any order without cancellation charge before your order is shipped. 
After Shipping

  1. After your order is shipped, cancellation of orders will be free for first 2 orders. 
  2. From the third time, cancellation of prepaid orders after shipping will attract cancellation charge of Rs. 100/- per order. You will get refund within 3 business days after cancellation.
  3. Cancellation of CoD order third time after shipping will lead to account deactivation. If your account gets deactivated, please write us to care@knitnknot.in for reactivation. Charges for reactivation would be Rs. 300/-.
  4. Replacement/ Return

  5. Conditions
  6. You can replace or return the received product due to the following reasons listed below:
  7. Wrong product received
  8. Defective product received
  9. Wrong size of the product received
  10. All parts of the product not received
  11. Size larger/ smaller than perfect fit
  12. Replacement / Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery of the order. 
  13. You have to clearly mention the reason of return while submitting the replacement/ return request.
  14. Before processing exchange/ refund, we shall check the following:
  15. Whether the correct product has been returned
  16. Whether the description of reason of replacement/ return matches with the issue found in the returned product
  17. Whether the price tag is attached (the price tag must not be removed)
  18. Whether the product was not used/ washed/ dirty/ damaged by the customer
  19. For replacements, if all the points mentioned above are found OK, we shall ship the new product on the next business day. 
  20. For returns, if all the points mentioned above are found OK, we shall process full refund within 3 business days after receiving the returned product. 
  21. If any of the above-mentioned checkpoints is not found OK, we shall contact you and mention the amount to be refunded depending on nature and extent of damage/ missing parts in the returned product. 
  22. In certain instances like return of wrong product where correct product was delivered to customer, no refund will be provided.

General

  1. Some products may be subjected to specific policies for cancellation/ replacement/ return. Such policies are mentioned in the respective product pages. Such specific policies will override common policy mentioned in this webpage. 
  2. All disputes would be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.
